Per Article 5 of the I.A.F.F. Local 3219 Constitution and By-Laws, this letter shall serve as notice
for the opening of nominations for the election by majority vote for the following positions:

Secretary-Treasurer ( 2 Year Term )
Vice President ( 2 Year Term )
Trustee Position III ( 2 Year Term )

Nominations shall be opened during the November 6 th 3219 General Membership Meeting
beginning at 0730 – Fire Station 62 (10701 Shoultes Rd Marysville, WA 98271).
Nominations shall be closed at the conclusion of the November 6th Meeting and will re-open at
the December 4 th General Membership Meeting beginning at 0730 at FS62. Nominations will
close just prior to the Election on December 4 th , 2024.
